Goals
The company implements a number of social projects related to the agricultural sector (creation of food, fruit and vegetable clusters and clusters of medicinal plants), construction of transport and logistics facilities, development of social infrastructure (organization of an international scientific and practical dental center and other wellness centers), environmental safety (construction of a solid waste processing plant), and also implements a number of social projects related to the development of sports in our country.
Our rich experience in the successful implementation of investment projects provides an excellent opportunity for the rapid development of the company. Our company was founded in 2017, during this short period of time, our company has developed many effective projects with its participation and attracted more than $1 billion in total foreign direct investment.
The company operates 21 enterprises, 5 of which are joint ventures and 16 subsidiaries. The organization carries out its activities on the basis of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Also, for 5 years, at the initiative of the company’s management, were included and successfully reviewed 12 decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 6 resolutions and 1 protocol of the Cabinet of Ministers.

JIZZAX HIGH TECH GROUP WAS FOUNDED IN 2019. CURRENTLY, ON THE BASIS OF THE JOINT RUSSIAN-UZBEK PROJECT, THE ORGANIZATION IS ACTIVELY WORKING ON THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE "AGROLOGISTIC COMPLEX". A CONSTRUCTION COMPANY IS BUILDING A LARGE COMPLEX FOR PROCESSING AND PACKAGING THE MEDICINAL PLANT SAFRAN IN THE BAKHMAL DISTRICT OF JIZZAKH REGION. Uzbek-Russian JV
BMB-NRC Agrologistics
Jizzakh region, Sh. Rashidov district
Partner: National Reserve Corporation (Russian Federation). The total cost of the project is 57.7 million US dollars. For the implementation of the project, 40 hectares of land were allocated in the Sharaf Rashidov district of the Jizzakh region.
A branch of Rosselkhoznadzor will operate on the territory of the complex, as well as preferential, specialized tariffs and the “green corridor” regime will be applied.
The agrologistic complex will consist of three modules. Each module at full capacity will be able to handle up to 270,000 tons of agricultural products per year.
The total turnover of all planned modules will be up to 810,000 tons per year. The “One Window” system will ensure the execution of all necessary permits, including customs, banking, phytosanitary, sanitary and epidemiological, certification services in accordance with international standards.
Upon reaching full capacity, the complex will employ 200 full-time and 1,400 seasonal workers.

Research and Production Center for Tea Production

This project is being implemented in order to ensure the implementation of the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 490 dated June 30, 2018 “On measures to organize tea production and provide the population with high-quality tea and tea products of domestic production”.
The total investment is 50 million US dollars. The goal of this project is to establish tea plantations between 2019 and 2025.
Within the framework of this project, high-quality tea seedlings are being prepared on allocated land plots in Jizzakh, Surkhandarya and Navoi regions. Today, more than 120 workers grow tea in 20 farms.
As part of this project, a modern line for the industrial processing and packaging of high-quality Chinese tea products was installed in Tashkent, which employs more than 70 people.

The Uzbek-Tajik joint venture BMB AVAS ZA’FARON was established in 2021 in the Bakhmal district of the Jizzakh region together with the Tajik company “AVAS GROUP”.
Establishment of a joint venture has created a fertile ground for increasing the production of Italian saffron and expanding the geography of exports of products under the BMB Zafaron brand.
Today, saffron plantations are divided into 50 hectares of land in the Bakhmal district.

According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated April 10, 2020 No. PP-4670 “On measures for the protection, cultural cultivation, processing of wild medicinal plants and the rational use of available resources”, the company is engaged in the cultivation, storage, primary or deep processing of medicinal plants and received a cluster status.
For the implementation of this project, 400 hectares of land were allocated in the Bakhmal district of the Jizzakh region.
Within the framework of the project are implemented:
– creation of a scientific and innovative laboratory to determine the quality of products;
– import of high-quality saffron bulbs selected for planting;
– involvement of professional agronomists and technologists from Italy for comprehensive compliance with the technology of growing saffron;
– supply of modern equipment and organization of processing and production of saffron for other purposes in the technical, medical, culinary fields;
The implementation of the project with a total cost of 44 million euros has created more than 30,000 and about 2,500 permanent jobs.
Saffron products under the BMB Zafaron brand for a total of 1.8 million euros were exported to Italy, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Tajikistan and other countries.
THE SUBSIDIARY ENTERPRISE “BMB AGRO TRADE” WAS FOUNDED IN 2017 AND IS GROWING AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS ON 1069 HECTARES OF LAND IN ARNASAY DISTRICT OF JIZZAKH REGION. THE GEOGRAPHY OF THE COMPANY'S EXPORT IS EXPANDING EVERY YEAR. IN PARTICULAR, PRODUCTS OF THE COMPANY ARE EXPORTED TO RUSSIA, AFGHANISTAN, INDIA, PAKISTAN, CHINA, SOUTH KOREA, QATAR, BELARUS, ITALY AND OTHER COUNTRIES.
